Our rare varieties of table olives are picked carefully by hand and marinated in a delicious blend of Lesvos’ virgin olive oil, Lesvos’ sea salt and white vinegar.

All above results to their unique rich and interesting taste and high nutritional performance!

Our above olive varieties, grown EXCLUSIVELY in Lesvos island. Their oil content arise up to 25%, giving them a lead over all other Greek olives varities.

The cultivation of Kolovi, also known as "Mytilinia", corresponds to 65% of Lesvos' olive groves and dominates the southern and southeastern part of the island in anhydrous limestone rocks and shales.

The cultivation of Adramytiani corresponds to 30% of Lesvos' olive groves and dominates the eastern and northeastern part of the island, in rich volcanic soils.
